“Hotline” and Support Subscriptions

Z Cares is happy to offer occasional or regular advice, support and reassurance to social care providers and service users over phone or video, and this can be accessed on-demand or with a monthly subscription. All subscriptions include our e-magazine, launching in May.

For people using care services

If you’re someone who uses social care services and want to ask for advice, this is free, just give us a call. If we can’t help you we’ll find out who can. We can help with raising complaints and making sure they are dealt with properly. We can help you to ensure that when things go wrong, you have the evidence you need and that concerns are reported and escalated appropriately. We’re always happy to answer that very common question, “We’ve just started getting care, and I’m wondering if this is normal…”

Hotline only subscription

£149 per month (£99 for UKHCA members)
or pay £1,499 per year (£999 for UKHCA members)

Includes:

  • Quarterly magazine
  • Call whenever you need advice or reassurance

Full monthly support package

£199 per month (£149 for UKHCA members)
or pay £1,999 per year (£1499 for UKHCA members)

Includes:

  • Quarterly magazine
  • Call whenever you need advice or reassurance
  • Monthly check in/support call with registered manager
  • Support call during PIR and inspection

On-demand options for providers

All providers occasionally need a bit of external advice or support, so we offer on-demand phone calls (up to 30 minutes) for £75, or just £50 if you are a Homecare Association member. To access this, just contact us. We’ll invoice you accordingly. No charge if we can’t help, of course.
