The Policy Manager module of the Z Cares App gives you complete control over your policies and procedures. All within the app, you can generate, customise, manage and share your policies and procedures and Zapp! them to staff and clients, who can then read and acknowledge the policy which is stored in their library. It also includes customisable templates for posters and information summaries for clients and staff.
The Zapp takes the information you’ve provided and generates customised policies which you can choose to edit and manage entirely within the app or download them – individually, all or a selection as you need. You can share them with all, by role or with individual staff members as you need.
Policy templates are kept up to date, and you are alerted when there are any changes requiring an update. The app tracks version numbers and ensure staff and clients never have out of date information.
Policies and procedures required as supporting documents for CQC registration (residential services, homecare and supported living) are all included. If you’re a large provider with several locations or a franchise you can choose to cascade your own policies or adapt and share my templates as you prefer.
If you have other documents to share, you can use the Document Library, which also tracks shares and acknowledgements to support good care and compliance. Documents can be shared in Word or PDF formats.
