Messaging

The Z Cares App includes a messaging module, enabling secure, stored and tracked messaging between manager and staff, and manager and client.

By keeping everything within the Zapp, staff can be confident they won’t miss anything. It supports staff to “switch off”, as the normal communication channels such as WhatsApp remain free of work and reminders of work! Managers can be confident that if their phone rings from work it’s urgent as anything else would be Zapped for their attention when they came back online.

Staff are alerted to urgent messages as soon as they log in, and with tracking and acknowledgement managers can be confident their messages have been read (or know when to start calling!)
