The Z Cares App includes a Training Matrix module to enable you and your team to stay on top of their training. Pre-filled with the mandatory and other units per the Skills for Care guidance, you can customise training units, allocate them to roles and see at a glance where training has been done, requires refreshment or is out of date/uncompleted.
As well as the overall matrix view, individual training records can be seen in each staff member’s profile.
Staff can see their training record in their portal, and request further training if they want or need it.
